The Learn, Lead, & Bond program is a single-day event that allows companies to foster closer bonds among team members and the extended family. The event includes a small presentation & an information-sharing session followed by an activity phase that includes sorting, ironing, measuring, cutting, and sewing. Not only does it help learn essential life skills, but our workshop helps create smiles during the creation process, and after gifting too!
Each of our workshops is organized completely by the Planet Tomorrow team & is undertaken on request. This allows us to carry the right amount of resources necessary to use on-site.

The Happy Landfills, Happier People workshop allows teams to repurpose scrap, sew it into useful items, & gift them to the deserving, thereby saving these ‘bits’ from reaching landfills. This teaches employees essential life skills, makes them more aware of the community they are part of & creates smiles during the creation process, and after gifting too!
Each of our workshops is organized completely by the Planet Tomorrow team & the exact specifics such as location, time & textiles to be processed are undertaken on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to preplan necessary measurement metrics & teambuilding frameworks that will be implemented seamlessly on-site.
We only work with fresh fabric scraps from tailors & dressmakers. This ensures dignity in receiving.
Our workshops are held in a hierarchy-neutral manner, collectively; allowing for tighter bonds and shared stories beyond work.
All creations during our workshops are gifted to the deserving. We gift the creations to someone who can use the items immediately, without hoarding them, and yes, you are welcome to be a part of the gifting process.
Sewing is an important theme of our workshops & as the adage goes, a stitch in time saves nine.
Our detailed in-workshop participation & reflective post-workshop surveys measure particular skills & personal impact.
Our workshops are fun, engaging, energizing experiences where all attendees are smiling, sharing, and having a great time — all while helping create even more smiles!
At Planet Tomorrow, we see tangible results within 15 minutes of us getting together. In our ‘Lead, Learn, & Bond’ workshop, we measure post-gifting reaction and creation impact numbers. This measure helps quantify the CSR initiative using tangible items such as sheets, bags, pillows, and dresses; all utility items that are distributed immediately upon creation.
In addition, for our ‘Happy Landfills, Happier People’ workshop, we co-create specific KPIs around communication, teamwork, & management to ensure a more wholesome experience to better foster long-term employee care & well-being.
